Return Policy

Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for an exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges require an authorization number. For your protection we suggest all return packages be sent insured by UPS or USPS and must be in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you have received free shipping on the original order, the incurred shipping fee will be deducted upon return. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise store credit.

Please report damaged claims within 5 days of receipt of package, save all packaging materials and carton. Damaged items also require a return authorization number. For your protection we suggest all return packages be sent insured by UPS or USPS and in original packaging. Custom and special orders are not returnable. Reduced or sale items are final and are not returnable. Worn items are not returnable. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility and are not refundable.
